Utah home builders – Looking to move to Utah? Here is a little help in finding Utah home builders and their communities. Click on the links to visit the site of the home builder for a quick look at their floor plans, designs and price ranges.

Hamlet Homes – There are two types of communities to choose from, suburban or urban. You will find that there are four communities in the urban living designs; Waverly Station, Iverness Square, Birkhill at Fireclay and Huntly Manor. Five communities are available in the suburban living designs; Crofter’s Cove, Bear Hollow Village, Stoneleigh Heights, Daybreak East Lake Village and Millburn Manor. Take a look into all of them and see which of the designs you like the best.

Trophy Homes – Have your pick of a multi-family or single-family home. There are three single-family home communities; Lehi – Park View Estate, The Ranches – Northmoor and Saratoga Springs – The Preserve. The multi-family designs consist of five communities; Layton – The Courtyards at Angel Street, Midvale & Sandy – East Town Village, Pleasant Grove – Cambria, Pleasant Grove – Mayfield and West Valley – The Gates at Kingspointe.

Liberty Homes – This Utah home builder offers two-story, rambler (one-story) and multi-level homes. One home available is the Charleston, it has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 3,893 sq ft. View the floor plan for this home or one of the many other designs available.

Haskell Homes – Two developments underway are the Tuscan Hills and Willow Creek. There are nine different floor plans for viewing with the Tuscan Hill communities. Willow Creek offers lots for sale for building your own custom dream home.
