Below are several ways to make your open house successful:

  1. Select the right date — when you plan on the date of your open house, make sure to check the calendar to avoid conflicts with special events or holidays such as the Super Bowl Sunday or Mother’s Day. Scheduling it with big events might result into a lesser turnout.
