IHDP Global Pvt. Ltd. has engaged about $25 million for developing an International Home Deco Park in Noida. The Park would facilitate trade in the home décor products. The buyers as well as the sellers would get the opportunity to interact under the same roof to improve trade. The Deco Park would be providing textiles, natural fibres, handicrafts and rugs coming from all across the country.

Unitech, one of worlds top ranking real estate developer has invested about Rs 5,500 crore for building a premium residential project in Noida. The project would be featuring all plush amenities including a golf course, a sports complex, a 200 bed hospital, clubs and convention centre. Over the next seven to eight years, the builder expects to earn a revenue of Rs 15,000 crore.

Noida Property Price Revisions

Followed by the hike of the circle rates in Greater Noida by 42%, the circle rates of land exclusively sold for residential purposes in Noida have been raised by 60% to 80%. The residential lands in Noida are divided into three main categories. The price of property A which includes sectors 14A, 15A, 17 and 44 has gone up to Rs 38,000 per square metre. On the other hand, the price for category B has risen to Rs 27,800 and Rs 16,750 for the category C.

The rate of the institutional regions that fall under the subcategory 1, including 1, 16 and 24 has increased to Rs 18,000 per square metre. Similarly, there has also been a rise in price to Rs 6,000 per square metre for sub category 2 and 3.
