Alligatoring or checking- Do the same solutions of peeling and blisters, but this time you have to clean the area of application thoroughly and allow it to dry properly. If you plan to apply paint on a glossy finish, try to dull it down by sanding the area first.
Yellowing- Simply use the best latex paints. You can ask the personnel at the paint store to get an idea if the paint reacts with varnish. If you happen to paint areas that has less exposure to sun, it is best to use Alkyd paints.
Wrinkling- Do the same process for peeling but during re-application evenly apply the coat. Make sure you do not apply it too thickly.
