The Marbella area has some truly amazing apartment buildings within its boundaries. Although the Puerto Banus area often gets much of the limelight, there are some other locations offering similarly luxurious places. Driving out of Marbella toen centre, heading east, you will find several places where you can get the epitomy of elegance, coupled with the best beaches on the entire coast.
The first place you come to when emerging from the town is Rio Real. Staying to the beach side, you have the development Rio Real Playa, an absolute sea front group of apartments, built by the quality developer Greenlife Estates. Excellent views and high quality construction make this a pretty good choice, however it may be worth noting, that although the finish is good, it was constructed a number of years ago so some of the fixtures and fittings may appear a little dated. This development was next to the old site of Nikki Beach before it moved to the Don Carlos hotel in Elviria.
Very close to this area, in fact only on the other side of the river you have another beach front complex, Palm Beach. Lesser qualities and a great number of apartments constructed here make it a less prestigious place, but there are some descent sized apartments here. The penthouses situated right on the sea have a great deal of space and have excellent views.
The next area has some of the very best apartments available within and also the best, most sandy beaches right on the doorstep. The area itself is called La Reserva de Los Monteros and it houses two excellent complexes, La Morera and also Playa de Los Monteros. These developments are of the highest quality available and both are directly on the sea, as mentioned earlier they are facing a sandy beach that has some excellent beach bars dotted along the immediate area.
