When you decide to invest in the Real Estate market, you should consider a commercial foreclosure which is a viable alternative to investment in foreclosed homes in Chino and can easily turn a tidy profit for the adventurous investor. Lenders are anxious to dispose of a commercial foreclosure quickly to recoup the money owed on the mortgage and rid itself of empty commercial property. As a result, these properties can be obtained at low prices.

The number of foreclosures is rising in the state of Virginia, and Fairfax foreclosure listings show the most recent checklist of available commercial foreclosure properties.

When you purchase a commercial foreclosure property, you will either want to renovate the property and turn it into office space for rent, or sell the entire building and hope to turn a good profit. In this sense, a commercial foreclosure property is a great investment because many people are looking to rent commercial space at a reasonable rate. An attractive office building with updated interior spaces can attract even more rental income potential from the local business community. As opposed to a large office complex, a successful commercial foreclosure made up of smaller retail units can also offer substantial income potential to the investor.

It has been recently reported the two government-controlled mortgage giants, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, are putting a halt to all foreclosure eviction processes on mortgage loans with their respective institutions from December 20th, 2010 through to January 3rd, 2011. Hopefully, other banks involved in commercial foreclosure all the way to foreclosed homes in Chino will follow in the footsteps of these two lenders and do the same. Let's hope this is good news that will be crowned by snowflakes on Christmas Eve.
