Aberdeen is a lively and prosperous city set in spectacular surroundings. The cityís excellent educational opportunities, thriving social scene and excellent quality of life are what attracts many to this area. Rosemount is a popular area to live within Aberdeen with property in this area being mainly Victorian with grey tenement blocks. The Beautiful Duthie Park is located a short distance from the area, boasting one of the largest winter gardens in the world perfect for a pleasant walk. Aberdeen Bus and Train Station are located nearby making it a convenient area to live for those who travel frequently.

However if you would prefer to live in a quieter area, away from the hustle and bustle of central Aberdeen, perhaps Cults is the area for you. Situated on the western edge of the city, it is a popular option amongst families as there are four main schools in the village, including Cults Academy, one of Scotlandís top performing state schools. The area is also home to a range of shops to serve your daily needs.
