A condo is a unit that you can own. Unlike a condo, a townhome is an independent structure. It will not hare ownership of the land with others as the purchase of the townhome includes the purchase of the land. Townhomes are also more spacious as it has a backyard. Most have garages as well.

Most would prefer this because of privacy. Unlike the condo, a townhome is a separate structure. This means that there will be no one living above or below your home. owners can also decide whether to have additional features in their yard like a gazebo or a pool.

Since it is a separate structure, you will not hear as much noise when the home next door holds a party. You will have a more peaceful stay at home too.
