This is a great strategy. Tell them that you will give them the bed, painting or the like if they make an offer. Some buyers would ask if you can give them some of the stuff you have at home.

The first thing you need to do is to prepare the property, advertise and keep it in top shape. Next, you need to be ready when buyers start to show interest. Be courteous. Show them around the house and answer their questions professionally. Finally, give out some freebies. You know how much buyers love to have them. If they want the couch, give it to them. It is easier to buy a new couch than to find a good buyer these days. If you do not want to give something away, remove it from the house before a buyers sees it.
