After all, buyers can now view property listings on the internet, so what do you need a realtor for? Well, real estate agents do a number of things for their clients including:

It's true that you can view MLS listings online with relative ease, but it can be difficult to narrow down or tailor the search parameters enough so that you're not faced with page after page of property listings.
