More Buyers of Duplex Homes for Sale As Kentucky Creates Jobs- By: John Cutts
Residential properties, including duplex homes for sale, will have more chances of getting bought or occupied in Louisville, Kentucky, as the state steps up efforts to create more jobs. The area is providing incentives to more than 10 business enterprises that will be opening units in the city and will create more jobs for residents.
Sellers of foreclosed homes in Louisville and other residential structures are hoping that the jobs which will be created by the companies will revitalize the home buying and selling market. One company that is reportedly planning an expansion in the city is Supply Chain Solutions. The logistics business already has a warehouse in the area. If the expansion pushed through, over 300 jobs will be created.
Foreclosed homes in Kentucky and the rest of the state's real estate market are also set to benefit from other planned business launchings in the region, including the planned expansion of Trinity Video Communications Inc. The firm, which specializes in government contracts, is planning to enlarge its private industry operations. Trinity is reportedly considering adding another 3,500 square feet of space to its headquarters.
The additional space will benefit the commercial real estate of the city of Louisville and will also hopefully bring in more people looking for residences, such as duplex homes for sale. The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) has already granted a preliminary approval for incentives worth over $250,000 for Trinity.
It is not only foreclosures and residential properties that are expected to gain from the onset of business transfers and expansions in the state, but also the commercial property industry and the retail sector. Local reports revealed that KEDFA has also granted preliminary approval to a $1.25 million tax incentive that will be provided to Dharma Construction Services. The California-based company is looking at possibilities of moving its base to the city of Louisville.
A number of other businesses are set to move or expand in the state. Local officials are confident that the jobs that will be created by these activities will also result in the revitalization of the housing market. Duplex homes for sale and other residences are reportedly already preparing for the arrival of these companies.
