Sales of single-family homes and condos spiked in the first quarter as online Miami home auctions for sale put further downward pressure on prices. The single-family median price in the area dropped by six percent from $203,700 to $191,200.
Miami home auctions continue to offer more low-priced properties, with the number of single-family homes and condos priced below $250,000 comprising a large percentage of all homes for resale.
