It's been another month, and once again, the tax credit helped drastically decrease home sales. The National Association of Realtors said sales decreased nationwide, no good signs in any region. The good news is that the credit hasn't been renewed and we should be getting back to 'normal'.
The current economic status is hindering the recovery of home sales. There are too many individuals who are saving their money and trying not to spend because of the economy.
