Buyers are still getting huge discounts for Orlando home auctions for sale. In a big foreclosure sales event in April, homes were sold off for as much as 92 percent lower than their peak prices.
Orlando home auctions continued to depress home prices in the metro area. The median price for pre-owned homes plunged by 18 percent to $123,500 in January and the median for condos fell by 20 percent to $49,700.
