Republican lawmakers are expected to review Democrats’ proposed economic recovery bill which is estimated to exceed $700 billion and is regarded as the largest spending measure of all time.
The number of Birmingham cheap homes increased as foreclosures surged again in the final quarter of 2009 and in January this year. Foreclosures in Birmingham rose to 3,519 in 2009 and foreclosure filings in the Birmingham metro area soared to 8,174.
Despite the rise in number of foreclosed homes for sale in Milwaukee, the city and county have been able to contain the effects of foreclosures because of their strong fiscal management. The rate of foreclosure in the Milwaukee area surged to 2.35 percent of all mortgage loans in February.
