Prices of county homes dropped to all time low in the last six years while a considerable rebound in the number of home sales transactions was also observed.
The increase in foreclosures has allowed house sales in Southern California to escalate December of last year due to the cost reduction of condominiums and houses from the previous year.
More San Diego pre foreclosures are not being completed by lenders. In February, default notices soared to 2,166 but the number of completed foreclosures dropped by 21 percent to 973.
Sales of homes in a California county grew at a slow pace last month. Industry experts said that the increase was due to a large number of buyers motivated to purchase bargain-priced foreclosed homes sale.
