If you have attics at home, you must not use it right away as your storage area. An attic should be properly evaluated before converted into your dumping room. It lacks the structural quality of your living spaces; hence, it could be unsafe to stack a pile of heavy stuff in it. Aside from that, your stuff could be destroyed in the long run. You may have a case of moisture problems, mildew or even molds, if sources of these problems were not identified earlier.
