The systems allow one to punch in a destination address and get directions based on downloadable or pre-installed maps. While this alone can be a great advantage for finding properties off the beaten track, there are many devices and programs that can boost one's effectiveness at planning tour routes, directions for clients and information for clients.
One such instance is that of Horizon Realty Group, "one of Chicago's premiere [sic] apartment leasing and management companies." Former tenant, Amanda Bonnen, made a Twitter post in reply to one of her 20 followers that said "You should just come anyway. Who said sleeping in a moldy apartment was bad for you? Horizon realty thinks it's okay."
