Colorado's Freddie Mac home listings and other foreclosure listings declined in the second quarter, but the state remains in the top ten among areas with the highest foreclosure rates.
When it comes to problems related to foreclosures and listings of pre foreclosures, El Paso County can be said to be in the middle, being better than some counties but worse than others.
