A rental house in Oswego might soon get a home inspection certification following a recent chemical treatment meant to solve the cockroach infestation problem of the property.
An ordinance has been proposed in Collinsville which will establish a health and security home inspection certification program in the city, along with a crime mitigation housing effort.
