A research study has cautioned owners of homes for rental in the U.S. not to focus solely on Generation Y but to also target other consumer bases, including older people and other age groups.
Property rentals throughout the country are being battered by falling occupancy rates and rental rates. Phoenix and Las Vegas experienced the biggest drops in rental rates, posting drops of 8.7 percent and 8.2 percent, respectively.
